THE FRAGMENTED CONFLICT SOCIETY AND THE RESISTANCE TO ANY ATTEMPT AT CHANGE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM, INTEGRITY AND COHESION. THE CASE OF GREECE

Abstract

The new administrative structure and functioning of the state must be based on freedom, justice and social support for the weak. The functional system of the state must redistribute the profit, income and wealth produced for the benefit of society and its citizens, creating, at least realistically, an extremely high standard of living, offering security, prosperity and a future perspective for civil society. Trying to achieve the goals of this new understanding of restoring the functions of the state, the society itself will have to direct its interest to the behavior of the citizens, which will aim for economic prosperity and quality of life of the society. Important for the success of this goal is the attempt to inform and stimulate possible rational behavior of individuals, i.e. members of society, as the goal is to form institutions that work to ensure social and economic prosperity.
